1. Ticketing (Domestic, Regional And International)
We will endeavor to provide the most direct and cost-effective flight schedules and routings required. We extend special fares to our clients as a cost saving measure. Two to three optional bookings will be emailed to you to enable you make a conscious and sensitized decision.
2. Corporate Group / Discounts Incentives
Polly Fly Tours and Travel Limited negotiates special rates or volume discounts for large groups of passengers traveling together, with a preferred airline. Besides enjoying the services that we provide to our customers, they will be able to enjoy additional benefits. A group of 10 adult passengers travelling together attracts a special rate. This can be negotiated with the Airline concerned in good time based on seat availability.
3. Conference Facilities
We arrange Conferences for large and small groups within and outside Nairobi with reputable Hotels and Lodges that facilitate such arrangements. We take into consideration the preference of the client and make arrangements at any venue of their choice ensuring that most of these Conference Halls are facilitated with the equipment’s required.
4. Hotel Reservation
We enjoy amicable business relationships with all hotel chains present within Kenya, East Africa and worldwide. We have negotiated reasonable contract rates with all leading hotel groups enabling us to provide very competitive offers all year round.
5. Safari And Tours
We tailor packages based on your specific needs and interests, allowing you to explore and enjoy the best safari tour. E.G Wildlife safaris in East Africa and other African destinations, adventure packages and private camping safaris, white water rafting, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, horseback riding, etc.
6. Visas
We assist visa applications to Dubai and to any other destination where the applicant is not required physically at the respective Embassies.
7. Travel Insurance
We arrange for individual and corporate travel insurance cover and for individual all over the world.
8. Meet and Assist
For all guests it is important to have a representative to meet them at the airport. We provide this service whenever required.
